Abbey Road Farm: Master Plan
With the slogan “Sip, Celebrate, Stay,” Abbey Road Farm had many disparate site functions to accommodate. When new owners purchased the 82-acre site, they asked us to create a cohesive, overarching vision, one that would unify the site while ensuring streamlined infrastructure for visitors and the agricultural portions of the farm/vineyard.

Abbey Road Farm has a B&B, a winery, 50+ acres of vineyards, 10 acres of organic vegetable farming, farm animals, an events center, and many venue locations.
To provide a cohesive and streamline infrastructure, one of our main tasks was coordination to bring site functions into compliance with past and present planning decisions.
This master plan was a logistical feat of coordination involving water rights experts, vineyard planners, landscape architects, fire marshalls, farmers, contractors, and several county and state planners.
As part of the site’s transformation, the former equestrian arena was transformed into a winery and event center, support buildings were modified to better serve the site’s needs, and infrastructure was simplified.
