Tasha Bielaga

Operations Manager

Tasha joined the team in 2024 and is part strategist, part problem solver, and part people wrangler. She enjoys working behind the scenes—collaborating with project managers, clients, and construction partners to keep projects on track and financially successful. Responsible for overall coordination of a broad range of services and resources, she keeps the organization operating efficiently. Outside of work, she is often in the woods with her dog or working on her latest fiber arts project.
